Indian cricket's latest superstar Mahendra Singh Dhoni has a special fan and he is none other than Big B. The two met in in the film city where Amitabh Bachchan was shooting for a Bhojpuri film "Ganga", and Dhoni was doing a commercial. Bachchan sab came to know about it and immediately contacted Dhoni's brother-in-law Manoj Tiwary, who happens to be a co-star in the film with Amitabh.

Dhoni was at seventh heaven when news came to him that his dream idol Superstar Amitabh Bachchan is coming to meet him. But Dhoni was sensible enough to realize that it would not be appropriate for a "Shahensha" like Amitabh Bachchan to come down to see him. He himself agreed to call on the latter.

A overwhelmed Dhoni told to Bachchan, "I have idolized only two persons since my childhood. One is Sachin Tendulkar and the other is Amitabh Bachchan. I am now playing with Tendulkar and today I got a chance to meet you as well.

I will always cherish this day of my life." Amitabh Bachchan was very happy to meet Dhoni and said, "I am your die-hard fan. I was desperate to meet you."
