A source close to the Dutt family revealed that Sanjay Dutt, who is currently serving his sentence at Yerawada Jail, Pune, didn't eat for two days.

The actor was disturbed when he received the news that his aunt (Sunil Dutt's sister, Rani Bali) passed away. It was also said that the actor was keen to attend the funeral. But as permissions were not in place, Dutt, who is in mourning, abstained from eating, much to the concern of his inmates.

Apparently, Dutt has made a small temple inside his own cell and he was sitting there mourning his loss. Our source added, "From time to time his eyes would well up with tears. But he barely spoke a word. Clearly, he was sad."
