Actor-writer Zeishan Quadri has turned director with Meeruthiya Gangsters is quite amused as his film is being referred to as Definite's film, which was the character he had played in Anurag Kashyap's Gangs of Wasseypur. The trailer of the film starring Jaideep Ahlawat and Mukul Dev amongst others, was recently released and has become an instant hit online as it has been garnering a very positive response on the social networking sites.

But what's catching everyone's attention are also the comments that have the viewers referring to Zeishan by his screen name, Definite! Zeishan says, `I was actually quite surprised to see people refer to it as Definite's film and that Definite has turned director. It is quite a compliment to be remembered so fondly!` Interestingly, it is GOW filmmaker Anurag Kashyap who has also come on board as the presenter but only after he saw the film and liked it!

Set for a September 18 release, Meeruthiya Gangsters is being presented by Prateek Group and Anurag Kashyap and is a production of Prateek Entertainments and Friday to Friday Entertainers & Media Pvt Ltd Production.
