Zareen Khan faced a unique predicament recently. The actress, who was facing dental issues, had to opt for a tooth extraction leaving her with a few stitches in her mouth.

That was just the time she was shooting for the thriller 'Hate Story 3' and was to enact some intimate scenes. There was concern about how she would be able to shoot with a swollen mouth.

Zareen Khan found a way and let her hair loose as a cover up for her swollen cheeks.

Once in a while when the pain was unbearable, her eyes would well up and the unit would take it as a cue to call for a break.
