As the list of directors with a tirade against the film certification board continues to grow longer, director Subhash Sehgal is one content man! The director who had last made Sunny Deol starrer Pyaar Koi Khel Nahi is ready with his next film Yaara Silly Silly. And he seems to have found support from the CBFC for his hard hitting drama.

Yaara Silly Silly is a love story between a prostitute and a naive young man. Due to its storyline the film requires usage of ample number of cuss words and slangs. "The story is woven around a red light area and the life of a prostitute. It could have not been possible without using the language they usually use, which consists of lot of slangs. We were apprehensive of how the censor board would react," admits Subhash. Turns out he was pleasantly surprised. "Contrary to what I thought they panel was pretty accepting! They understood the requirement and agreed to pass the film without a single cut!" he gushes with excitement.

Starring Paoli Damn as the prostitute and Parambata (of Kahaani fame) as the young man, Yaara Silly Silly is now cleared for a release. The producers has scheduled October 30 as the date of release, raising the expected heat of first week of November by many notches.

For the first time, when the jury called, they said, cuss word to be removed completely but Subhash Sehgal assured the jury that the cuss words goes along with the content of the fdilm and asked them to revise it. When the censor juries saw the film they kept producer director waiting for 45 minutes but when they call us in after 2nd turn they gave standing ovation...

They agreed, not only that but director Subhash Sehgal got a call from Pahlaj Nihlani saying - it never happened before that cuss word is retained as jury had strong feeling that it goes with content.
