sequel.
According to contactmusic.com, author Dan Brown's first thriller "Angels and Demons" is now in the running to be made into a movie. The film's screenwriter Akiva
Goldsmith has confirmed that he will adapt the book for the big screen.
"The Da Vinci Code" was Brown's second book featuring Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon. The book "Angels and Demons", published in 2000, introduces the character
and has Langdon trying to solve a murder and uncover a plot by an ancient group called The Illuminati, who plans to blow up the Vatican during a papal conclave.
