There is another three months to go before the Aug 25 release of Rajkumar Hirani's sequel to the hilarious "Munnabhai M.B.B.S.", but the film has become hot property among distributors.

According to Nizam distributor Ravi Machchar, who recently acquired "Munnabhai 2nd Innings", and happened to see the rushes of the film, it is a laugh riot and has got the best of the electrifying chemistry between Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi.

"It is entertaining to the core and rich in its production values. Also, the new addition in Vidya Balan is definitely a welcome change," he was quoted as saying.

The producers are also said to be getting queries from enterprising south producers, who have evinced keen interest in the remaking rights of the sequel. The Telugu remaking rights of the original version were reportedly sold for a whopping Rs.17 million. The film, "Shankar Dada", proved to be a big hit.
