The actress was part of his directorial debut, '2 States', which released last year. The film will be produced by their mentor, Karan Johar.

Though Alia is busy with other projects, there is no way she can say no to Abhishek's film, considering the rapport they share. In fact, during the making of '2 States', Abhishek had even admitted that he was infatuated with Alia!
