Swara Bhaskar is riding high on the success of her grand Diwali release, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, will be seen portraying a challenging character in her upcoming movie, Anarkali Aarawali.

She plays the title role of Anarkali, a local singer of live performances of lewd and double-meaning songs, was pleasantly surprised when her performance amidst a gathered crowd of villagers in Uttar Pradesh draw whistles and applauds.

This versatile actress is known for playing interesting characters with great aplomb on screen. She wants to leave no stone unturned for her role in Anarkali Aarawali. Swara was recently shooting for the movie in the Amroha city (UP) in front of a huge crowd.

The intense scene which Swara had enacted dealt with women empowerment issue and was shot at an outdoor location and the crowd gathered praised her performance with whistles and applause after the scene got over.
