Actor-singer Farhan Akhtar usually lends his voice for his films he stars in.

But in his next film, 'Wazir', where he essays the role of a cop, he has steered clear from singing.

As a law-enforcer, he cannot be shown breaking into a song. Yet, the makers are keen that he render a track in the film which can be used as a background score or during end credits.
