Naseeruddin Shah, who played Inspector Purohit in Vishal Bhardwaj's highly acclaimed film "Maqboool", rates him very high as a director.

"A lot of filmmakers perform the role of a director by trying to point fingers at others but Vishal is the last person I'll notice on the set.

"He is also very open to suggestions. I had made a number of suggestions and he happily accepted them. He has grown tremendously after 'Maqbool'. Hope he doesn't get caught up in a big bucket."

Naseer will be seen in Bhardwaj's upcoming film "Omkara" as well.
