Harshali Malhotra the youngest Awardee of Aadhi Aabadi Women Achiever's Award. She made her film debut with a prominent character in Kabir Khan's 2015 drama film Bajrangi Bhaijaan, opposite Opposite Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor.

A woman is the full circle. Within her is the power to create, nurture and transform. And it is this thought that gave rise to AAWAA, Thus, to underscore the paramount role played by women in society while appreciating their attitudes, initiatives, will power and perseverance, team AAWAA imbibed the idea to facilitate women achievers, help them become role models and be the torch bearers of change and empowerment.

Organizer Dinesh Singh who handed the award to Harshali feels, `I started these awards in 2009 and am very proud to have successfully entered the 7th year amidst my friends in Mumbai. In 2002 we used to produce a show on DD called `Aadhi Aabadi Baat Naari Ki` and it is during which I realized that there are so many women in our country who have hidden talent but do not get the recognition. That was the reason we formed a committee to discover this talent and give them a small token of our appreciation in the form of these awards , not only to boost their morale but lead way for millions of others to follow.`
