After the success of the animated film "Hanuman", another mythological movie in 3-D animation has been planned on Lord Krishna, according to filmmaker Prahlad Patel.

The new film will focus on Krishna and his tales, Patel said at a function here last night to launch the music of his forthcoming movie "Bera Paar Karte Bhagwan Amarnath".

Patel said he had planned a full length feature film on Lord Krishna that would focus on his life and teachings. Work for this film would start in September, he said.

The script for next film was also ready and shooting for it would commence in September so that it could be released next year, he said.

On "Bera Paar Karte Bhagwan Amarnath", slated for release on July 28, he said the film was a social family drama that revealed how god helped people in distress.

Against the backdrop of bankrupt farmers committing suicide in Maharashtra, the film also focusses on god helping a farmer's family when he is unable to pay loans taken from moneylenders, Patel said.
