The first song of film Mastizaade `Rom Rom Romantic` has been released. Which is composed by Amaal Mallik and sung by Mika Singh, the song is touted as the most romantic party track of 2016. The song has been penned by Manoj Muntashir.

Song was shot at beautiful locations of Pattaya (Thailand), and featurs Sunny Leone, Vir Das and Tusshar.
