Diana, who was invited to be the chief guest, participated in the blood donation drive with over 120 women students from SNDT College.
"At such a time, I feel, it is our responsibility to try and help in one way or another. I want people to know that some places like Sion Hospital still require blood and many other hospitals are in dire need of bandages, cotton and medicines."
Condemning the attacks, the actress said: "It is an unforgivable heinous act of cowardice. But I salute the people who offered unselfish aid and also those on the streets for helping people with biscuits, water and tea before they reached home safely."
