"I catch up on sleep. A good eight-nine hours sleep works wonders for me. It rejuvenates me completely," said Kangana Ranaut.
However, Bengali bombshell Koena Mitra has a different stress strategy. "A hot shower and a rigorous work out unwinds me totally," she said.
Actor Koel Purie indulges in martial arts and gorges on ice creams.
"I sweat it out in a capoeira class. (Brazilian martial art), then have ice-cream and catch up with my friends," she said.
Model-turned-actor Sushma Reddy has a cool way of de-stressing herself after a hard day's work.
"I enjoy watching films after a hard day's work. It relaxes me completely. I think even yoga is an amazing way of rejuvenating oneself."
Ayesha Takia pampers herself with yoga and meditation. "The people around me are my ideal de-stressors. My mom and Farhan mean a lot to me and revive me totally. Besides, I also do yoga and meditation regularly," said Ayesha.
