With Hollywood film 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' releasing this month, actor Karan Singh Grover wishes to portray Superman's role in an Indian version of the film if it ever gets made.

"I am thrilled about the release of 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'. How I wish an Indian version of it could be made here and I could play Superman in the same," Karan said in a statement.

"I have been a Superman fan all my life. One could relate to Superman because he never used any props or costumes to be what he is. He was born a superhero and a normal individual should also feel the same that the power is within," he added.

The actor was last seen on the silver screen in 'Hate Story 3'.
