Kajal Aggarwal, who plays a visually impaired character in Deepak Tijori's upcoming film, 'Do Lafzon Ki Kahani' read Hellen Keller's books, went for workshops to the Xaviers Research Centre for the Visually Challenged; a special branch of St Xavier's College in Mumbai.
Says the actress, `The workshops helped me in terms of understanding life, mannerisms, daily activities and chores of the visually challenged. I was taught basic Braille and was made familiar with various equipments used by visually impaired people like special computers, audio machines, microwaves, watches and cellphones.`
The actress adds, `I was also taught walking with a stick with my eyes shut so that I get a genuine feel and body language of the visually impaired. I had to control my eye movements and that was difficult as I'm a hyper person. Shooting for the film was draining emotionally as this is an extremely intense film.`
