One of the posters that Ajay Devgn recently released of his upcoming film, 'Shivaay', has landed him in trouble.

A case has been filed by a Delhi-based advocate against the actor for hurting the sentiments of Lord Shiva devotees.

The complaint has been filed in the capital's Tilak Nagar police station saying that the poster shows the actor climbing on Lord Shiva's figure with his shoes on.

But a closer look at the poster merely shows the star rappelling down a mountain with an ice pick in hand.

The star prefers to remain mum about the issue.
