Marriages are made in heaven, believes producer Bunty Walia, who is all set to tie the knot with his long time girlfriend Suman Ranganathan.

"Some things in life are just predestined," said Walia, whose last film "Ek Ajnabee" starring Amitabh Bachchan misfired at the box office.

Walia met Suman, who has acted in films like "Baghbaan", eight years ago when she participated in a world concert organised by his company G.S. Entertainment.

"She was more of an acquaintance at that point of time. Later we kept seeing each other at events and dos but it was only a few months ago that our friendship developed into something more serious," he added.

Suman's outgoing nature bowled him over.

"What I like about Suman is her very forthcoming nature. She is vivacious and communicative and we share a great equation with each other."

Before solemnising the marriage plans, Bunty went to Bangalore to meet Suman's parents.

Quashing rumours that the two have already got married, Bunty said he is planning to fix the D-day soon.

"Everything will be official. It is a great feeling and I am revelling in it," said Walia who has decided to take a short break from his work.
