Last week, Shah Rukh Khan was spotted zipping around Bandra in a spanking new but unfamiliar car - it had a Haryana number plate sans his lucky digits 555. But now, we have learnt that it's his latest possession. The white car is a BMW i8, which Tom Cruise's character was seen driving in Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol (2011).
A source says, "Shah Rukh has several fancy wheels, but his favourite is his BMW 7-series in which he always travels. Recently, he bought the latest model of the luxury automaker and its cost is pegged at around Rs 3.3 crore.`
The BMW i8 is a luxury hybrid car, which runs electrically as well as on fuel. It is a two-door four-seater and can go from 0 kmph to 100 kmph in a matter of just 4.4 seconds.
