Veteran Bollywood actor Anupam Kher, also a theatre artiste, says the stage gives him a `great sense of belonging`.

Anupam, who performed his famous play `Mera Woh Matlab Nahi Tha` here on Saturday, took to Twitter to express his love for the art form.

`Stage gives me a great sense of belonging. Thank you Mumbai once again for your magnanimous response and never-ending standing ovation for 'Mera Woh Matlab Nahi Tha',` Anupam tweeted.

The play, written and directed by Rakesh Bedi, also features Neena Gupta.
