Pritish Nandy Communications has announced the worldwide release of ‘Pyaar Ke Side Effects' on September 15.

Directed by Saket Chaudhary, the film is a romantic comedy with an ensemble cast comprising Mallika Sherawat, Rahul Bose, Perizaad Zorabian, Kiron Kher and Satish Shah, among others, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange yesterday.

A confused Rahul, who plays a DJ in the movie, panics when his girlfriend Trisha (Mallika) proposes marriage to him. Thus begins his nightmare as Sid (Rahul) scans through women's magazines, his sister's advice, his mother's constant nagging and his room-mate's red alert against marriage.

Company sources said major Indian territories have all been successfully contracted, while Eros Multimedia has acquired the overseas rights. T-Series has already released the film's music.

Star TV, which has acquired the company's last 13 films, has also acquired the world satellite rights of the flick. The home theatre rights for India are with T-Series, a company release said.
