Deepika Padukone's performance in her Hollywood debut film opposite Vin Diesel, xXx: Return of Xander Cage has been appreciated by one and all. In fact, the movie saw it's premiere in India even before it's premiere in the West.
However, if you thought that xXx 3 escaped from the clutches of the CBFC and managed to get released without any cuts then you are wrong. As usual, Censor Board chief Pahlaj Nihalani tried his best to make the Hollywood action flick sanskaari enough for the Indian audience.
Reportedly, there are only 4 cuts in the film and xXx 3 passed with a U/A certificate. One of the 4 changes includes the smoking disclaimer which is mandatory. Other 3 cuts included removal of words like as*h*le, son of a b**ch, *ba**s and ever baller.
Apart from these, a scene where girls are lying on the bed and poring alcohol was also prohibited to make it to the final cut.
