Claiming that his film distributors have deserted him, director Shivram Yadav has threatened actress Sherlyn Chopra that he will file complaints with three film associations and also drag her to court suing her for damages to the tune of 2.5 crore, for attending the music release function of his film 'Game' in a veiled burkha.

Sherlyn, on her part, maintained that she is not willing to show her face for promotions of the film, unless the makers adhere to her repeated requests and change her name from Mona Chopra (her earlier screen name) to Sherlyn Chopra (her real name) in the title credits, posters, brochures and publicity material.

Asked whether she would again don her now-famous burkha for the forthcoming pre-release events of 'Game' if the stalemate continues, Sherlyn replied in the positive.
