Occupational hazards associated with a career in film acting are as complex as celluloid love stories. Little wonder then that most film folks end up turning filmi and are forever acting. Take Fardeen for instance.
After his split with his Delhi-based, Ruheen, Fardeen has been going red denying rumours of a relationship with co-star Amrita Arora. "She is just a co-actor," he emphasised. Further prodding adds more mystery to the whole affair. Fardeen does like Amrita but is attracted to Kareena Kapoor. Kareena hankers after Akshaye Khanna, who yearns for newcomer Tara Sharma, who, in turn, is besotted with Fardeen.
Fardeen is kicked about doing Subhash Ghai`s Khushi with Bebo, whom he considers not only "a great natural" but "interesting looking too." In the film, which is an Abhisehk Bachchan reject, the male lead is only an "incidental" character, according to the Bachchancampwallahs. Whatever connotations the word "interesting" may suggest, the Kapoor girl is not at all pleased with the Khan sending her feelers. A career-minded girl, she signed the film only because she gets to play the title role. Grow up, Fardeen!
