'Aap Kaa Surroor, The Moviee, The Real Luv Story' would be directed by Prashant Chadha and is set to hit screens in June 2007.
Asked about the style in which the words have been spelt for the title of the movie, Himesh said, "I have been guided by a numerologist and also we also we wanted to give a sense of styling to it."
The singer-composer, who announced the film during his concert in the Wembely Arena, claimed it would be the biggest bollywood movie ever made.
His concert was attended by over 10,000 people, mostly Non-Resident Indians in Britain.
Himesh said the movie would also feature the best of nine musical tracks composed by him.
It would be shot across the globe and would also launch two new faces, which have been kept as suspense, he added.
"This would be a movie made in a budget of Rs 75 crore plus and would be shot in locations in Australia and New Zealand, which till today have not be shown to the audience," the movie's producer Vijay Taneja said.
