Another year is coming to an end. Just like each year, this year too saw a wide variety of movies do well at the box office. So as the year comes to an end, here's looking at the top ten 1st day grossing movies of this year.


In this list of films, Baadshaho ranks on number eight. This movie was directed by Milan Luthria and had Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi as the leading men along with Ileana D'Cruz and Esha Gupta. The movie opened with at a whopping 12.6 crores. Not just that, this was Ajay Devgn's 3rd highest opener after Golmaal Again and Singham Returns. Director Milan Luthria's earlier films Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, The Dirty Picture were definitely massive box-office hits but ­Baadshaho has turned out to be Milan Luthria's highest opener till date.
