Indian Women are no less than men, it has been proven many times in every field, either it is sports, Armed forces, Education, Medicine or being an astronaut.
It was just a few months ago when India got its first batch of female fighters and now the Airports Authority of India has announced its first ever fires fighter, Tanya Sanyal.
Tanya is currently is undergoing training to be a Fire Fighter in Delhi and is all set to become an inspiration to many other women to aspire to do something with their lives. Tanya has been appointed to the Eastern part of the Airports Association of India which covers Kolkata, Ranchi, Patna and others.
The Chairman of Airports Association of India, Mr Guruprasad Mohapatra has said that Airports Association Of India has been facing a shortage of firefighters lately which made them modify the rules and include women firefighter to the organization.
