Filmmaker Ekta Kapoor who is undoubtedly the only female producer has carved her niche in the industry with utmost excellence.

When asked about platform neutrality, Ekta Kapoor shared, "I definitely believe we are going to be platform agnostic. I don't think there is going to be a platform that's going to suggest what we are going to watch, because what we like watching is coming in film or on television or on digital space. Content will find space in all 3 medium and find various forms of commercial exploitation because the movie will be first released then will go on the digital app and then will be shown on TV and people will come and consume in all three medium so yeah with coming days we'll see content becoming platform neutral".

Her latest domain being the Digital platform, Ekta has tailor-made content for the online audience. She has her own digital video streaming service where she brings in content for the younger generation who doesn't watch television more and like watching content on their phones more.
