Don`t ever call Sonali Bendre after a dental appointment. Unless you want to have a one-way conversation. We found that out when we called her. There was a `aaaah`, `baah`, and `hmmmm` at the other end, and we were just wondering whether we`d got the wrong number when someone at the other end explained that Sonali had just returned from the dentist`s and was unable to speak coherently.
We almost had to resort to an interpreter in order to make her understand why we had called. Wonder if she had the same problem during the shooting of `Bombay` – remember her going `hum aaah hum aah`?
