Well-known singer Kumar Sanu's driver has committed suicide apparently because he was under heavy debts.

Saajid Mohammad hanged himself from a fan at the singer's Versova bungalow here. His body was found on Monday morning. Police have so far not been able to identify the reason behind the suicide, say media reports.

The singer told journalists that he knew Saajid for more than six years and he didn't have any financial problems as he was well paid.

The driver shifted to the bungalow seven months back after he took over the job of caretaker also.
