One minute she is all smiles campaigning for the Congress party and the next she is fumimg and muttering the choicest expletives under her breath. All those who were witness to Preity Zinta`s fiery temper on the sets of Sunny Deol`s The Hero were aghast at this sprightly actress giving vent to her anger.

And what got her into such a foul mood was not even remotely connected with the day`s shoot. According to eye witnesses, the other heroine, Priyanka Chopra, had to do a lengthy scene for which she was perfecting her lines in a corner. When Preity saw the newcomer mugging up chaste Hindi dialogues, she took one look at the unit hands standing nearby. Preity flew off the handle and ordered people "off the sets".

"Can`t you see she is memorising her lines" she screamed. As the clueless crowd dipersed, a shocked but well-behaved Priyanka walked up to her "favourite actress" and, after thanking her profusely, said: "Hey, but I like all theattention. "What was all the fuss about, Preity? Don`t tell us that two days` of canvassing has taken a toll on your equilibrium?
