Hadn't we informed you about how J P Dutta was keen to sign Salman Khan for LoC and Salman reportedly quoted a huge sum over which Dutta nearly lost his control. However, J P Dutta tried to convince Salman otherwise telling him that the film advocated patriotism and that Salman should be proud to be a part of it.

Salman Khan, the brat that he is, agreed to what Dutta had to say and said that he would do the film on one condition. Whatever profits the film made should be donated to charity for a patriotic cause. Dutta got cold feet and signed other stars instead... patriotism be damned!
