British pop star Robbie Williams is planning a duet with Bollywood song queen Asha Bhonsle.

The legendary singer wants the former 'Take that' hunk to feature on a track on his new album Asha and Friends, according to Vijay Akela, who has written the unnamed track.

"Ashaji has recorded her part of the song at the Sangeet Studio. Robbie was keen on working with Asha after she was nominated for the second time for the Grammy Awards," Akela was quoted by Contactmusic, as saying.

Bhonsle is known for her versatility and unique style of fusing western tunes with Indian music. Her last album, Songs from RD Burman's Bollywood, was nominated for a Grammy in 2006.
