In Mumbai now to promote her latest film The Namesake and finalising Bachchan for Shantaram Mira Nair has her hands more than full, shooting a film in Mumbai about the
city.
It's a film on AIDS called The Migration written by Zoya Akhtar featuring Irrfan Khan, Sameera Reddy, Shiney Ahuja and Raima Khan. It's a 21-minute film that
will take nine days to shoot. A film is a film no matter what its length.
I'm working as hard on it as I did for The Namesake or would do for Shantaram.," says Mira.
This is the same project that first went to Vidya Balan and then Priyanka Chopra. Mira began shooting The Migration on Feb 6.
