The workload and pressure can get too much at times. We actors have no fixed working hours and are constantly jetting between film shootings, ad films and shows,
besides meetings with designers, media, script readings, sealing contracts, etc., so sometimes you end up feeling like you are on the job 24/7.
But there are things you can do to keep stress levels in check. I don't take on things I can't fit into my schedule. You've got to learn to say ‘No'. The best way for me to deal with stress is to take short breaks whenever I can.
In fact, I was in Khandala last weekend with my family. I also make sure I take an annual vacation with my wife and son. You can't keep working all the time.
You have to give your body and mind time to unwind and relax. I also meditate and work out, which really helps. I don't smoke or drink so that keeps most health problems at bay.
