Rani Mukerji is back again after 5 years as the headstrong 'Mardaani' police officer Shivani Shivaji Roy and this time she is challenged by an underage criminal rapist who is on a deadly and gruesome hunt.

Kota, a place where thousands of students come every year to study and prepare for competitive exams witnesses a brutal incident of a girl getting kidnapped, tortured, raped and killed. Shivani Shivaji Roy is assigned this case to catch the rapist and the rapist who is an underage minor challenges Shivani to stop him if she can.
