It's true that actors lead stressful lives, but we are also aware and take measures to lessen the stress as much as possible.

Knowing that my sleeping and eating habits are irregular, I try to maintain discipline.

I work out regularly and also keep a tight control over my food habits. For lunch, it's mostly boiled chicken and vegetables for me.

I had to put on weight for my role in Eklavya, but in the last few months I have lost the extra pounds, as it is detrimental to my health and can lead to illness.

As far as smoking is concerned, I'm aware that I smoke a lot and I have been trying to cut down on that for some time now. It's difficult, but I am sure I will succeed.
