Producer Mahendra Dhariwal is in a fix.

The Chandigarh Court Judicial Magistrate Sudhir Parmar has put a stay on the much-awaited Nehle Pe Dehla, for failure of payment of a loan taken for the film.

The case was filed by Samdarshni K Jaiswal, a film financer hailing from the city beautiful, Chandigarh. Mr. Jaiswal filed this civil suit for a recovery of Rs. 3 crores against Producer, Mahendra Dhariwal and ADLABS LTD. which is a film Processing Laboratory.

Court contempt proceeding has also been initiated against Mr. Manmohan Shetty, C M D ADLABS LTD., Mumbai and Mr. Mahendra Dhariwal, at Chandigarh District Court against the Non-implementation of the order of justice Sudhir Parmar Chandigarh on 21st February, 2007.

The stay stands till further notice by the court!
