Miss India, Celina Jaitley has entered the acting arena, a much obvious option for most of the crown Queens. But this one has not taken it all for granted. Bollywood is one thing, there is an entire different life to live as well.

Celina having kept her options open (which is a very sensible thing to do), it is heard, is planning to open a chain of restaurants, the first of which will be seen in Kolkata. The date of the opening of Celina Kolkota Spice (that`s what she plans to name it) has already been scheduled for the 1st of April next year (We hope this is no April fool Celina!). The success of this one will be followed by launches in the remaining metros of the Indian sub-continent.
