It is not only in the looks department that Akshaye Khanna is an unconventional guy. His attitude to fame and success too are his very own. Some casting agents from Hollywood, whom big brother Rahul has been in touch with, espied one of India`s finest actors when the two siblings went to meet them at a hotel in Mumbai.

"Primarily we came to audition Rahul but decided to look around for other talents as well," said their spokesperson. And when his younger brother, who had "just accompanied" his bhaiya, walked into the room, they knew "he had to be an actor". They interviewed him before cutting short their visit. But they told Rahul that they had his brother in mind for the role.

And guess what Akshaye`s reaction was? True to his indifferent-to-any-hype image, he snapped, "So what? They haven`t signd me." He made it clear that he has primary concern was his commitments in India and he would not, under any circumstances, leave them unfinished. You sure are a rare bird, Akshaye.
