Reportedly, when Mohit was taken to the hospital on Saturday due to ill health, many hospitals at the time refused to admit him due to the scare of coronavirus and it is so painful that even in his last moments, Mohit had to suffer more and more due to the ignorance of the hospital staff. According to a report of the website Tele Chakkar, Mohit was refused admittance to the hospital due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
On Mohit's departure, his close friend and the 'Dream Girl' director Raj Shaandilya tweeted, expressing grief, "Mमोहित मेरे भाई इतनी जल्दी क्या थी जाने की?

Mohit had worked with Salman Khan in the comedy film 'Ready' where he appeared in the role of Amar Chaudhary and gained immense popularity for that. Soon, Mohit was going to be seen in Varun Sharma's 'Bunty Aur Babli 2' but seems like fate did not approve of that.
