Popular Punjabi singer- lyricist Sidhu Moosewala who is known for his gangster songs like 'Tochan', 'Old Skool', 'So High', and many more, recently made news when a case of Arms Act was registered against him during the lockdown. But Sidhu doesn't seem to be stopping there, he is again in the news for another case against him. Yes, under the Motor Vehicles Act Moose Wala was lately fined for the black-tinted windows of his Range Rover car without special permission.
Another Mahindra Scorpio in his cavalcade was challaned for the same offense. Moose Wala was not arrested though two of his vehicles, one of which was being driven by Moose Wala himself, were stopped. Notably, Sidhu, despite being wanted in two cases registered under the Arms Act and now Motor Vehicles Act too, was not arrested which raises many questions on the Police authorities.
Moosewala was taken to the DSP's office at the local administrative premises in a police vehicle following the incident and was later handed over his vehicle. The challan copy was presented before Nabha court on June 8th for deciding the final penalty.
