According to the business associate, who wishes to remain anonymous, he arrived at Jon's apartment at approximately 9.30 a.m., and saw the woman who seemed to be in a "happy, giddy mood".
He goes on to claim that the woman had taken a shower, tried on three pairs of Jon's jeans and then left for lunch with several other people who had been at the apartment the night before, reports www.hollywood.tv.
He said he told the law enforcement the same thing but was ignored when "they didn't get the answers they wanted from me".
At his April 4 arraignment, Jon had 13 more charges brought against him and now faces a total of 32 counts of felony and sexual assault from 12 women between the age of 14 and 23, all of whom are connected to the fashion industry. If convicted, Jon faces life in prison with the possibility of parole.
