Today, she posted a really shocking transformation picture on Instagram which can give us a strong motivation to stay fit. She shared her daily routine of a month ago and what she does now to keep her body in good shape.
Here is what she wrote to inspire her fans: "The right picture is me month and half ago (not sure about the exact date) and left picture was taken few days ago !!why I'm sharing this with you guys ? Because it's so important to be happy in both shapes or all shapes!! I was not in a mood to follow my routines,blamed it on doing so much at home(cooking,cleaning,taking care of my dogs and the list goes on...) and what I did was just survived and did what was making me happy which is ` eating junk,staying in bed ,eating in bed and spending the entire day in bed and hey don't get me wrong it did make me happy until I realised I'm not happy anymore!
