Recently, Sushant's sister Shweta Singh Kirti had shared a news on her social media that the California Legislature Assembly on 74th Independence day had also acknowledged the contribution of the late actor to the film industry. Phalke (1870-1944), who is popularly known as and often regarded as 'the father of Indian cinema'. Late Dadasaheb Phalke had directed India's first full-length feature film, 'Raja Harishchandra' (1913).
