Rhea Chakraborty has been accused of being 'an active member of a drug syndicate and is one of the prime suspects in the Sushant Singh Rajput's case. Now after being one month in Byculla Jail, Rhea Chakraborty has been granted bail by the Bombay High Court. Justice Sarang V Kotwal heard the case proceeding and pronounced the order today. However, the court has rejected her brother Showik's bail plea and will remain in judicial custody till October 20th.

The Bombay High Court has permitted Rhea Chakraborty to furnish bail cash of Rs 1 lakh within a month and furnish sureties within the given timeslot. On the other side, NCB sought a stay of a week, however HC says it has imposed stringent conditions and stated 'not inclined to give stay'. Now after the bail, Rhea has to appear before the nearest police station regularly. The actress probably walks out today, if the paperwork is done by 5 pm.

Rhea was arrested on September 8th and her judicial custody along with other accused was ended on Tuesday, but the NDPS court extended their custody till October 20th. Now Showik is lodged at Taloga Central Jail as the Bombay high court rejected the bail pleas of Abdel Parihar and Showik. Along with Rhea, HC granted bail to the former personal staff of Sushant Singh Rajput, Dipesh Sawant but he has to appear before the police on the first Monday of every month for six months.
