These days Bheja Fry is surely making brisk business. Not only is it making a lot if money at the box office, but news is that the
video rights of the movie have been sold.
One can easily guess that the video rights of such low budget movie cannot exceed Rs. 10-12 lakh, but sources reveal that the rights
have been sold for a staggering Rs. 1.25 crore to Eagle Video!
The producer of the movie Sunil Doshi has confirmed the news of the rights being sold and added, "I do not wish to disclose any
further details". The rights have been sold for the Indian as well as overseas home video.
If you thought that's enough then you are in for another surprise. Star India is believed to have bought the satellite rights of the film for
Rs. 1 crore! Now, who in the world said only brand name sells?
The VCD's and the DVD's of the movie are expected to be released by the 20th of this month.
