Q: You have been out of television for a long time. What were you doing all this while?
A: Actually, I was out on a vacation, as I went exploring many different places out of India and enjoyed it a lot. But now I am back to work.

Q: You have also tried out singing. So how was the experience in Fame Gurukul?
A: It was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed it a lot. I had never ever thought about singing and this was probably my first experience in singing and I won it. So it feels great and I am also looking forward to it. Now I will consider singing along with my acting.

Q: Have you done any acting course?
A: Actually I have done many plays, dramas, theatre et al. I have also learnt acting from the Kishore Namit Kapoor institute.

Q: Tell us something about your role in 'Doli Saja Ke'?
A: Here I am portraying a guy whose name is Chaitaniya. As he enters Barkha Bisht a k a Anupama's life, he finds that she is not treated nicely. She is called ' manhoos' and so he tries to rebuild her confidence and also tries to make others understand. Slowly, he falls in love with her.

Q: How is your chemistry with Barkha Bisht?
A: She is a very nice human being and even better as an actor. We both are comfortable with each other and it is fun to work with her.

Q: What about Aroona Irani?
A: Oh! She is fabulous as an actor as well as a producer. She is creatively amazing too. She knows which scene should be done how and all such details, as she has thought of all the things carefully. Being an actor herself, she advises me at times and tries to explain me the character too. It is amazing to work with her.

Q: What about films and Bollywood?
A: I really want to get into films, as almost every actor who has come down to Mumbai has this dream. I too had come from Banaras with the dream to be a star in Bollywood, as I wanted to be an actor since my childhood. - Kunjal K
